A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or insufficient account balance are not valid. v9bet is not liable for bets that fail to register due to circumstances outside its control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, v9bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
